Our Executive Director Carol Teal is featured in this WRAL video about the partisan Republican redistricting plan, which has targeted Democratic women legislators by placing them in extremely difficult districts or in districts with each other, forcing one of the "double-bunked" legislators to bow out of the race.

Women were targeted. They were deliberately targeted. I can understand why they'd want to get rid of all these progressive women who were champions for education and women's reproductive rights.
